I should add that the installation CD's you use for the subscriber need 
to be the same version as the Publisher.  For example if the pub is 
4.1(3)sr1 then you need CDs for 4.1(3).  Then you can upgrade to 
4.1(3)sr1.  You won't be able to use 4.1(2) CDs to add a Sub to a 
4.1(3) cluster.
