NIC Teaming on IBM servers is not supported with CCM at this time. IBM
has not provided a NIC Teaming driver that will work with CCM. From my
understanding the drivers that are available create two IP Addresses,
which is not supported on a CCM server. The HP driver creates a
Virtual NIC which controls the active NIC and has the assigned IP
Address.
