[cisco-voip] How do I set the default greeting in Unity

I used the direct calls and it works.... My only thing I would like to
change is that it says sorry, then my greeting.  How do I remove the
sorry?

How do I set the default greeting in Unity to one of my call handlers
rather then the welcome to unity?

 

Is this done with a forwarded calls or direct calls?
