Patrick, it worked like a champ on the first try! Thanks for your
suggestions.
Cheers

Hi Nick,
You could do a direct integration between the V-1109 and the CCM if
you have an available FXO port. Just hook up the loop-start FXO port
to the tip/ring on the V-1109 block (first two pins) (W/BL, BL/W).
In a couple of instances where I did not have an available FXO port
(only FXS) I used a V-9940 to interface the station level FXS and took
the page output of the V-9940 and ran it into the tip/ring in of the V-
1109. That worked like a champ too...
Now comes the fun part.. Do you want the system to send the DTMF zone
code for you, or would you rather manually dial the zone once the
adapter connects (i.e. dial exten 3001 for zone 1, 3002 for zone 2,
etc. vs. dial exten 3000 wait for connection then press 01 for zone 1,
02 for zone 2, etc.)
If you want to manually dial the zone code, just send the call to the
port (FXO - route pattern (Called party transform "no digits"), FXS -
station DN)
If you want the system to dial the number for you, with an FXO port,
it is much easier. Set up a route pattern.. i.e. 30.0X, do a called
party transform and strip "pre-dot". Send it to the FXO port.
For the FXS it is a little more challenging.. Let me know if you want
me to go into detail on that..
Hope this helps!
Patrick
