I think it would work the same as the CVTA stuff does with CCM 4.1. I have a 
VTA camera on my desk and a Polycom H.323 endpoint which I can call using an 
H.323 gatekeeper.

Other than the exorbitant price tag, the problem with this phone is that
it does not support H.323 for signaling so if I want to integrate it
with the rest of my legacy video conferencing infrastructure it has to
be done through a SCCP to H.323 gateway. I hate that it requires you to
purchase more equipment; it sounds like a good enough reason NOT to buy
it to me.
