1. If I become a Cisco Registered Partner is there a program that
lets me get equipment to set up a lab at large discounts or Cisco
Global Price List? I have seen indications on the web that such an
NFR program for building labs does exist but it wasn't very clear.

2. Is the Cisco Global Price List available online to someone who
only has a SmartNet contract.
