[cisco-voip] Unity disconnecting

definately...it's a silence trigger.

SA > Configuration > Recordings

A whole bunch of options there.

  I'm getting reports that if someone is leaving a Voicemail that if they stop talking it hangs up.  Is this possible?  Is there a way to change it?
