[cisco-voip] Unity Web Error Message

I have just seen this error also.  If I changed to a different PC the
error went away.  I think it's a local PC issue..... But I would like to
know what the issue is.

Anyone else find a resolution to this error? I've tried most of the
basic steps. Restarting IIS, making sure that other users are logged
out.....any more ideas:

Missing live session flag.
For some reason, /web/global.asa did not fire.
Check that this file is present.
This problem could also be related to DNS issues.
Cannot continue.
