[cisco-voip] vsat satellite communication links & callmanager?

hi,
	Is anyone currently using vsat satellite communications links
successfully with cisco IP phones?  I seached the list archives & see
some old messages from 2003 asking the same question.  The old messages
said if the link you want to use has a delay <200ms that voice quality
should be acceptable.
	I'd love to hear if someone has experience using vsat links with
Cisco IP phones & callmanager, pro/con I'd like to hear it.
