[cisco-voip] Unity import error

I'm trying to import a user from AD with Unity 4.0.5 (backended with
exchange 2003 and AD 2003)  This is the first one in ~300 that has come
up with the following error:

 

"You are not authorized to view this page"

 

"You might not have permission to view this directory or page using the
credentials you supplied."

 

Any ideas how to work around?  I have used my ADMIN user and the
Unityadmin but both give me this error.  She is in the User container
allow with everyone else.
