Use IPCC Express IVR option and the 'PlaceCall' step. You can script the
desirede behavior, play canned prompt, transfer back an available agent,

Is it possible to have the VOIP system version CCM 4.13 and Unity 4.4.
We have to do a massive amount of calling of clients. We want to be
automated. Is this possible and what should I be looking for ?
