[cisco-voip] No Busy tone

Is the value of ccm service parameter "Retain Media on Disconnect with PI
for Active Call" true or false?

For the call below it needs to be true for the user to hear the inband
audio.

Is the called number onnet or offnet?

Can you send a debug isdn q931 from the gateway?  CM needs to receive a
disconnect message with a progress indicator Information Element to know to
cut through audio and receive the busy tone from the destination.

I have an issue with one of my remote sites where they are not getting a
busy tone when they dial a number that is engaged, instead of saying Busy
the phone display says Call Proceed and it goes silent.



Not quite sure how long this has not been working for, can anyone help with
this we are running 4.1(3) with H323 gateways.
