[cisco-voip] 7940 Phone displaying TLS error

Need help with 7940 phones not registering with Cisco CallManager 4.1(3)sr1.
CallManager is setup with encrypted mode and have 7970 phones registering
with CallManager with no problem.  When trying to add 7940 phones, 7940
phones will download it's CTL file and LSC but will get stuck at "CTL Error"
and won't register with the CallManager.  CCM log files shows that "CCM|TLS
protocol error (ssl reason code=0), lib=0, fun=0,WS Socket        
errno=0, errnp=0 for 10.1.12.250"
 
Any help will be appreciated.
