[cisco-voip] TCD Service failed !!

Dear all,

The TCD service can't be started in my CCM, the C:\Program
Files\Cisco\Trace\TCD\tcdsrv.txt shows error as attachment.

My CCM has integrated with Active Directory. I'm not sure is it caused
by AD problem. Any comment would be grateful. Thanks.
