[cisco-voip] IPCC express 5 user licence bundle

To clarify,
 
The license that comes bundled may NOT be installed on a separate
server, it's strictly for co-resident installations. It's however
possible to use this bundled license and upgrade to a separate server
installation. I can't recall the part-no out of my head, but if needed I
could dig it up.

  the bundle is 5 seat IPCC Standard Edition.
  It can be installed co-resident or on a separate server.
 
  It's a promo currenly running. I don't know til when.
 
  You have to get a licence in order to be able to install it. Follow
instructions
  printed in the IPCX bundle kit.
