based on this it looks like only for High Availability it is required
but it's still an option otherwise.  And it looks like it cost.  So does
this mean that with a basic install MSDE will still work fine for me?

Has anyone done the IPCCx 3.5 to 4.0 upgrade?  

 

I'm trying to understand if I have to upgrade to SQL from MSDE.  And I
See that it says to get the SQL from Cisco.  Does this cost me?  Is this
in the PUT tool and I didn't see it?
