Phil,

As far as I know, Telefonica is actually using CRC4 - try with that
instead.
I sent them a document to verify my settings for a deployment a couple
of weeks ago, and all that they complained about was that they required
CRC4.

I'm trying to configure an E1 pri in Spain, and I'm never getting past a
state of "TEI_ASSIGNED".  Switch type I'm using is Net5, as DPNSS
doesn't seem to get any activity going on the D channel.
 
I'm using an E1 MFT (multiflex trunk), with framing of non-crc4.
 
Here's a sample of the ISDN q.921 L2 output, and to me it looks like
we're not getting a proper response from the switch, but I can't be
sure:
