[cisco-voip] Unity hanging up?!?

I'm running a Unity 4.0.5 integrated with a Coral III  Tadiran via a
dialogic card and I'm getting reports that the phone is  hanging up
while listening to voice mail messages or even dialing there  passwords.
I have ran the port analyzer and I still have 1-2 ports available during
these times.  Is the Port Analyzer not showing max values in each time
increment?   What should I be looking at?

 

This is a sporadic problem.  I'm only finding out after it happens.  I
have a TAC case (602137815) open, but if someone has somewhere I can
start that would be great.
