[cisco-voip] WebDialer not functioning after AD integration

I have successfully used the "Cisco Directory Configuration plugin" to
tie my CM to ActiveDirectory.  The install works, as I can now login to
the CCMUser page with my network credentials. However, for some odd
reason, webdialer no longer works. Has anyone seen something similar?

I get the following error:

Cisco WebDialer - Service Unavailable 
------------------------------------------------------------------------

  Service temporarily unavailable, please try again later: Cisco
CTIManager down
