[cisco-voip] Display idle url logo on CCM 4.1.3sr1 and Cisco 7970G

I have followed the instructions on how to do this from Cisco web.

Updated the Enterprise paramteters, but still my phone is hung on
"Updating CTL"

 

I have done this before with other CCM Server and phones, is there amy
trick to doing it

With this combination of phone and server?
