[cisco-voip] trying to route by area code on ipcc

Trying to create for if statement base on area code.  We are doing a get
digit string for the 10 digits.  And now I guess we need some type of set
statement to do something like take the first 3 # and set it to variable
areacode.  And then I will do a if statement at that point.  But im not sure
how to do the set statement
