[cisco-voip] MGCP D Channel out of service?

I would check the voice gateway that the PRI circuit is terminated in.
Telnet or SSH to the device and do both a "show log" and a "show
controller <interface>" and look for the PRI going out of service and
loss or carrier and slips on the interface. If you see evidence of the
PRI going up/down, contact your ISP and ask them to do some
troubleshooting. Give them times and such if they ask for additional
information in regards to the outage.

MGCP DChannel is out-of-service .
There are currently 1 device(s) with D-Channel-Out-Of-Service status.
I am getting these every so often (3 times this weekend). Do I have a
PRI circuit going bad?
