Well, sort of.  You have the option of M$ on the 4.x train, Linux (a single
build, not just any one) on the 5.x train on any supported server, or the
appliance for 5.x. 

The 7845 and 7815 will cost the same from an OS license perspective - if I
want 100 users on a 7815, or a 7845, the only difference in cost is the
hardware.  Again, check the price book for the new licenses.

Again, time will tell.
