[cisco-voip] Error on H.323 Gateway

The DDTS is simply the fact that the message is displayed and shouldn't
be. The only way to eliminate the message is to turn off the console
output. There is no indication that this message is displayed due to
an operational problem, purely a cosmetic issue.
Do the messages correspond to the PRI bouncing?
Or do they occur with each call?
I suspect your bouncing PRI is a different issue.
