[cisco-voip] Screen Pop using Cisco Agent desktop & Rumba emulator

Has anyone successfully integrated Cisco Agent Desktop (ICM 6.0) with a Net
manage product called
Rumba? We are having problems getting a consistent screen pop into Rumba- .
What we
Are looking for is an account number to populate when we run our outbound
campaigns .
Here is a copy of the Macro that is set up in Desktop Admin:
