Also, don't do the Unity TSP update until after you have 4.1(1) installed, 4.1(1) install comes with TSP 8.0(2) so if you upgrade TSP beforehand it's going to be replaced.
I would also take a BARS backup of your current CCM setup before starting, and place it somewhere safe just in case.
For unity, use DiRT and use the messages option to backup peoples VM also. The size of the backup will depend on the size of peoples mailboxes.
You do have the Unity upgrade kit since you're going from 3.x to 4.0?

I think you have the right idea here. I'd recommend running this
through in a lab first, or pulling a hard disk from your publisher
before starting.
You will also want to install the latest CallManager service release
for 4.1(3), which I believe is CCM 4.1(3)sr3a.
Also, Unity TSP 8.0(1) is buggy. You will want to upgrade to a newer
TSP such as Unity 8.1(2) - which is compatible with CCM4.1(3).
