This is correct.  I can dial by ext.  So do you have any ideals how can I
repair the db lookup I guess.

can you get into AA and dial an extension?  If so then AA is able to get the
DTMF tones but the DB lookup is failing.

Yes it did go from h323 to mgcp  (cme to CM )  and yes I can get into VM and

Did you change the gateway?    h323 to MGCP?  Can you get into a voicemail 
box and zero out?

I just went thru a conversion from cme- unity express to cm - unity express 
 
  
   
  
We ran into some issues but worked most of them out.  BUT the AA dial by  
name do not work.  The system is not recognizing any entry from the caller.

Not sure what to try to resolve it.  I did convert the lic file.  Now one  
thing I did was to keep the original users and mail boxes instead of  
deleting them and importing them from cm.  but the issue now is that they  
have been up for a week.  What can I do
