[cisco-voip] speed dials and ext.mobility

You need to build in the speed dial on the em device profile as if it
were a completely separate phone.  That goes for anything you would ever
subscribe a phone too as well.  So if the question was to the speed
dials follow the em profile that are currently programmed on the phone
that the em user logs into, the answer would be no.  Check out the top
right of the device profile and you'll see speed dial listed there.
They need to be entered separately.
