I have yet to find a good CCIE voice lab study blog. Anyone know of one?
I test in San Jose June 23rd.

Thanks,

I have more to this...... forget about the doorbell for now......I
plugged an analog phone right into the 4FXS/DID port 0 of a 2801
ISR............... I can't for the life of me get dial tone from the
port. Show diag sees the ports. They also show up in the sho run. Don't
ask me if I have a dial peer for the FXS because I do (thanks)!!

I ran a "debug voip ccapi inout" while picking up the analog test set.
I saw nothing as far as debug output. No lights on the fricken hardware
at all. I did my homework as far as whether this 2801 can sustain all
that is installed in this box (there is a sh at tlo@d)

I'm ready to RMA this 4FXS/DID module.

Any ideas before I get a new card????

Thanks,

Has anyone ever successfully hooked up a doorbell via RJ11 to an FXS
port on a 2811 with CME? They want it so that if someone rings the
doorbell it will ring all of the phone and they will have two way
conversations with the person outside.

Thanks,
