[cisco-voip] 7960 and CCME IP phone problem

I wanted to try one more time.  I am still having an issue with my 7960
and CCME setup.  I can't seem to get my phone to function properly.  
 
Here is some information I've collected below.  If there is anything
else that would be useful in troubleshooting just let me know.  
 
This is a snip from my config (just the most relevant parts, the results
of a debug ephone detail and the XMLDefault.cnf.xml file I downloaded
from Cisco's website.
