[cisco-voip] Allow transfer to external phone number

Please forgive me if this has been posted in the past.

Call Manager 4.1(3) sr2
OS: 2000.2.7

Cisco 7940 with:
- Boot Load: PC0303010001
- App Load: PC00307020200

Scenario: I would like to allow a single phone or a specific group of phones (or CTI route point for that matter) to forward all calls to an external telephone number. Keep in mind that we do call accounting through our Telco. Therefore, our Telco "asks" for a 4 digit code to be entered before the call is allowed through their switch.

Question: Is there an easy way to pass along a client code to my Telco's switch without making it really easy for people to use a local number to get through to long distance number via Forwarding? Basically, what I need to know is can I ONLY allow ONE or a HANDFUL of phones to do this without making it easy for un-approved users to do this? I want to avoid people doing this to bypass long distance charges by forwarding their local phone to a long distance phone. Does this make sense? Or am I being paranoid?

Let me know if you require more information.

Thanks,

Jared
