[cisco-voip] Why do my dialpeer pots are not active?

Try this one,
no dial-peer outbound status-check pots
this way your L1 will come up if you try to make the call, if you don`t your
pots will not come up and you can`t make the call.
This method discards checking the BRI status, and will setup the call.
I guess you don`t have the problem when you have an inbound call?
