[cisco-voip] i get a errror install desktop agent

You may need to search through the registry and remove any mention of
Spanlink in there.

Im installing desktop agent from a 4.0.3 crs server and I get an error
"an error occurred reading the registry key APP Version. Setup will
exit. "
Now I already had desktop agent and supervisor installed on the pc for
another project and it was working fine. I uninstall the agent so that
I could start fresh and this is the error
