[cisco-voip] Callmanager call intrusion capability

We'd like to have a service wherein user A, encountering a busy destination
user B, will establish connection with user B by breaking into an
established call between user B and third user C.  Our system is currently
operating on ccm 3.3 with registered cti lines.
