Sorry, "Prefix DN" changes the Called Party", this is not you case.

Is the problem with the Missed Calls list not having the prefixed 90 or
with the phone display changing during the outbound call using the
Missed Calls list?

The "Prefix DN" changes the Called Party number not the Calling Party
number.
