[cisco-voip] Bearer Capabilities for Australian Carriers

Got an interesting problem with one of my customers; the problem has
been outlined in a TechNote and resolution provided. Summary outbound
call with VTA loaded gets reorder or CM drops the call; unload VTA and
the call goes through no problems. VTA changes the bearer capabilities
type on the outbound Q931 setup.

Technote on this problem

However, am keen to find out what bearer features are provided by the
Australian carriers; from my tests only Optus support 'unrestricted
digital' as the bearer type in the Q931. All other main stream Telco's
fail

Has any one come across this; or have any details about the Australian
carriers support for 'unrestricted digital'
