[cisco-voip] Unity: subscriber to subscriber not working

Anyone else experience this?
Unity 4.1.1
On Windows 2000 with Exchange 2000.
We are unable to forward saved messages to other subscribers. We are
not able to leave a message to another subscriber on the system (ie:
staff to staff). Voicemails left by outside callers are fine.
Cisco TAC seems a bit stumped on this one.
Problem resolves itself upon a reboot of the Unity server but then
returns a few days later. Installation is about 6 months old and has
been working fine. Nothing has changed that I'm aware of to cause this
problem to start happening.
Just wondering if anyone else has had this happen.
