[cisco-voip] Current version CCM for new install

I would have to recommend against CCM5 at this point. It is still on New
Product Hold and hasn't had enough time on the market to be trustworthy (if
your job depends on the recommendation, I wouldn't do it).

Realistically, unless you need the features of CCM5, you shouldn't be
looking at it. Stick with CCM4.1, which is tried and tested in the real
world.
