[cisco-voip] how to change to current tx power on 7920

We have deployed some 7920 phone.  And we used the configuration untility,
which seem to configured the tx power to 100 .instead of the default 20.  Is
there a way to change this from the phone set itself or cm.  im not on site
anymore and I think this is causing some qos issues.
