[cisco-voip] 7941/7961 Tone Generator

Update instructions since Cisco started allowing onhook dialing to  
begin with *:

1. access the settings menu
2. Hit **# - to unlock the phone
3. go offhook
4. go onhook (to interrput the key sequence so you don't get **##**  
and reset the phone)
5. access settings menu and then hit #**3
6. place a call hit the i button twice and TONE softkey should be on the
phone.

Did anyone ever hear why this doesnt work on CCM 4.1, or how to get  
it to work if its still in there somewhere?
