[cisco-voip] CCM Reboot Times

Ideally since they are windows i'd like to do scheduled reloads once a
month.. sometimes I don't get the maintenance time to do it that often
unless there is an OS or CCM patch that is urgent.

Very rare that i've ever had to reload them for anything unplanned though.
