[cisco-voip] Conference Softkey Grayed Out

Check he line settings to make sure max calls is > busy trigger field.
I think if it's not you cant start a conf call or transfer.

I have one  Cisco 7960 IP phone which has the  conference softkey
feature button grayed out when in an active call.  thus, the user is
unable to conference a thrid caller onto an active call.  Has anyone
else  seen this behavior?  I have checked media resources adn that is
correct and I have  checked the softkey template and that is correct.  I
have compared this one odd phone to another phone and the profiles
match.  I would apprecaite  any insight on this issue.
