[cisco-voip] call forward not working

I had someone have that problem last week, when they had ran windows updates on a subscriber and had rebooted and stuff wasn't working right anymore (services crashing, etc on boot). Had them turn the server off (so it can be rebuilt from scratch) then reboot the remaining servers in the cluster where windows updates was not ran yet so the forwarding was fixed.

This rears its head for us too on CCM 4.1.3 from time to time, actually just happened again last week a few times. Reset the DBLMon usually works for us.. we have a tac sr open on it (again) - hopefully there is something that can be fixed, its very annoying.
