[cisco-voip] Publisher Recovery

I don't think there is a "database" on the subscriber.  As I understand it, 
it keeps some data queued to be applied when the Publisher comes back up, 
but nothing like your complete database.  If you haven't been backing up the 
Publisher regularly, your only recourse may be to put the hard drive in 
another machine and retrieve the data manually.  If the drive isn't 
readable, send the hard drive off to a recovery service and see if they can 
retrieve the data in some way.  TAC might be able to help you determine 
exactly which files you will need, but you're going to be without a 
Publisher for quite a while.  What was the nature of the crash?
