[cisco-voip] ATA 186 completely discontinued?

 From the EoL/EoS notices at http://cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/ 
gatecont/ps514/prod_eol_notices_list.html it seems that the ATA188  
has been completely EoL'd, but the ATA186 should still be available  
as part numbers ATA186-I1-A and ATA186-I2-A.  However, none of our  
regular Cisco suppliers sell this part, and a quick web search only  
shows it available on eBay and discount suppliers.  Does anyone know  
what the deal is here?
