You need to reinstall the BAT plugin.

Subject: [cisco-voip] BAT issue

We upgraded to CM 4.1.3 sr2b about 10 days ago. We tried to use BAT for
the first time since and we are getting this message when we try to
validate or insert user/phones:

"Couldn't create user object. You may check if DC directory is running".
Dc directory is up an running fine.

Anyone seen this before?

Carlos
