[cisco-voip] why do i get this

I found the problem,  for some  reason when I upgraded the ios ( from the
flash card)  I was able to delete All the files off of it.  Including the
one that is always readonly.  So the flash card was bad.

I've seen the occasional NVRAM corruption.  You can format it like you would
flash.  Be sure to have a copy of your config saved via TFTP first.
