[cisco-voip] 7970 Firmware upgrade - manual

When I download the SCCP cmterm-7970-7971-sccp.8-0-3.zip and copy the contents to my tftppath, the follwing files are asked to be overwritten
term71.default.loads, term70.default.loads.  I don't want to have 8.0.3 to become the default load, just test a couple of phones.   Is that what these files are for.  I cannot find anywhere on the readme the exact steps to install the firmware manually to the call manager.
