It depends.  Is this CCM 3/4 or CCM 5?  Are you using MLA?

If you are not using MLA and you are using CCM 3/4, you can change the
password in Local Users and Groups (Windows MMC).  Right click on "My
Computer" and choose "Manage".  Look for Users and Groups, find the
administrator account.

If you are using MLA, you will need to change this user's password in
CallManager's DCDirectory (CallManager Users).

If this is CallManager 5, you change it under Unified CallManager Admin,
under User Management under Application users.
