[cisco-voip] CCMAdministrator pw

CCMAdministrator should not show up in the CCMAdmin global directory  
as it is an application user.

In CM 4.x you can change the CCMAdministrator user via CCMPwdChanger  
(c:\dcdsrvr\bin\) as mentioned previously or by going into the  
CCMAdmin and disabling, then re-enabling MLA.  Whenever you enable  
MLA it gives you an opportunity to set the CCMAdministrator password.
